Product Description
The ACT-H3K-CG624 adaptor board was designed to support the RTAX devices in CG624 package. With the A3PE3000 chip on board the adaptor meets the capacity requirements for RTAX-S/SL up to 2000S. The BGA balls on bottom side mimic the footprint of the CG624 package what allow to assembly the adaptor directly on target board in RTAX chip’s place.
