Hierarchy Viewer with Configurations Support

Category : Debug and Analysis

The Design Hierarchy Viewer is a tool that allows designers to display the project's structure without its elaboration. It automatically updates the design hierarchy during the design development process after a component has been instantiated or deleted from a block diagram, a machine has been added or removed from a state diagram, or a unit specified in a textual source has been compiled into or deleted from the current working library. Since the Design Hierarchy Viewer does not require the project to be elaborated to display its structure, the users can follow the current changes made to their designs. The Design Hierarchy Viewer also allows you to create, view, or modify VHDL configurations for your project that are treated in Active-HDL as additional source files.
