Support for Multi-Design Workspace

Designers can open multiple Active-HDL designs simultaneously and integrate them into one super-project. The multi-design workspace provides an environment that allows users to manage all designs, switch between them, edit their resources and configure them independently. All modules can be designed separately and then integrated into one top level design.
