What is the purpose of the S1 Tact switch?

Solution

The S1 tact switch is dedicated for the HES7 power supply system restart. It should be used only when power supply system restart is needed. The S1 tact switch is connected directly to voltage supervisor ICs - using S1 for other purposes is not possible.
