ANSWER

Yes, user can use “-parallel” switch with “runimpl” script command to run implementation processes concurrently. The number of parallel tasks can be defined in the Tool > Options > Implementation window. Note that user must have appropriate license capabilities from vendor to be able to run multiple instances of implementation.
