Synopsys/Microsemi Licensing Issue in Design Flow Manager

Problem

I can open the Synplify Pro® GUI as a standalone application but I get a licensing error when I launch it from the Design Flow Manager in Active-HDL when executing the Actel/Microsemi flowchart.

Solution

This is a Synopsys/Microsemi license issue. A Platinum license is required to run Synplify in the batch mode. For more information, refer to the Microsemi FAQ provided in the link below (FAQ #10).
