SPIFF program Rules All incoming referrals must be approved by the appropriate Aldec Regional Sales Manager. The referring party must be invited to refer prospects by an Aldec Manager or the UNITE Partner Program. Existing Aldec customers adding licenses do not qualify. Prospective customers already quoted in the last 90 days do not qualify. All sales must be completed by Aldec within 180 days or the referral registration expires. The referral SPIFF is paid upon completion of the sale and receipt of payment by Aldec. Applicable Aldec Products The Referral/SPIFF program is applicable only to the products listed below. Active-HDL Riviera-PRO ALINT Payments All SPIFFs are paid directly from Aldec to the referring party once payment has been received in full from the customer. All SPIFFS are paid based on the net invoice amount after discounts, shipping and handling have been applied.
